Director of Human Resources $62,000-$75,000 salary
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team at Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, payroll management, recruitment assistance, and employee record maintenance. Administer a variety of HR programs and activities, including employee relations, benefits administration, PTO management Oversee and process weekly payroll accurately and timely Respond to inquiries regarding HR issues such as pay, staffing, and benefits, providing clear and concise information Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs, serve as a point of contact, conduct interviews, screen candidates, and onboard new employees Address and resolve employee concerns regarding employment data and HR processes Maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations Provide additional administrative support as requiredRequirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required Knowledge of HR policies, federal/state/local employment laws, and best practices Strong communication skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organization while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work collaboratively with others 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources (preferred)What We Offer:
