Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Benefits Coordinator for a long-term contract to join our Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, and support HR systems to deliver seamless benefits experiences. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help foster a positive employee experience while maintaining regulatory adherence. Responsibilities Manage benefits administration processes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Utilize HR systems such as Workday, UltiPro, Oracle
HCM, SAP
SuccessFactors, and Lawson for data collection, processing, and reporting related to benefits and payroll management. Ensure compliance with employment laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), workers' compensation regulations, and other HR legal standards. Support payroll management activities by verifying data accuracy within payroll systems like Dayforce and Payroll systems. Handle confidential employee information with discretion while supporting employee orientation, evaluation, and relations initiatives. Conduct regulatory reporting and audit activities to ensure adherence to HR compliance standards. Assist in training employees on benefits options, HR systems (including HRIS), and company policies related to employment law. Skills Strong knowledge of health insurance plans, workers' compensation procedures, FMLA regulations, and employment & labor law. Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, UltiPro, Oracle
HCM, SAP
SuccessFactors, Lawson, Dayforce, and HRIS platforms. Experience with payroll management systems and payroll systems integration. Excellent data analysis skills for benefits administration reporting and regulatory compliance tracking. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining high standards of HR legal compliance. Effective communication skills for training employees, collaborating with teams, and providing clear guidance on benefits programs. Familiarity with HR legal frameworks including HR compliance standards and employment law requirements related to employee relations and benefits administration. Pay:
$40.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
