Human Resources Coordinator

Family-owned company with multiple business units is looking for a hands-on HR professional. Working closely with the leadership team the HR Coordinator will manage all the day to day HR responsibilities to include: Managing the hiring process to ensure consistency across departments, including posting jobs, interviewing, preemployment verifications, onboarding and orientation Administering the company's benefit and leave programs Assisting Department Managers with employee discipline and terminations Maintaining ongoing knowledge of HR trends, best practices and all laws and regulations Developing and implementing employee engagement and recognition programs Ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree preferred with min 5-7 years of HR experience, ideally with a privately held business. Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and effectively handle a variety of projects and assignments simultaneously. Pay:

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
