Responsibilities Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform detailed gardening tasks to keep landscapes pristine and well-manicured Operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers safely and efficiently Conduct landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and watering plants and trees Use hand tools and heavy machinery like excavators for hardscape projects or site preparation Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients Perform routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic repairs to ensure optimal operation Requirements Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience handling power tools and landscaping equipment Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Familiarity with landscaping techniques including tree care, pruning, mowing, and hardscape installation Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently; experience with excavators or other construction machinery is a plus Knowledge of horticulture principles and irrigation systems beneficial for advanced roles Strong work ethic with physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of landscape appearance Join us if you're passionate about outdoor work, eager to learn new skills in landscaping and maintenance, and ready to make a positive impact on outdoor environments!
