Our client, a leading organization in the food industry, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant Bi-Lingual to join their team. As a Human Resources Assistant Bi-Lingual, you will be part of the HR department supporting the entire employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee recordkeeping processes. Support benefits administration, employee engagement activities, and compliance tracking. Serve as a key contact for employees and applicants, ensuring clear communication and positive HR experiences. Help coordinate employee milestones, job fairs, and training sessions. What's Needed? Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. No prior experience required; open to candidates eager to learn and grow. What's in it for me?
