Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee recordkeeping processes. Support benefits administration, employee engagement activities, and compliance tracking. Serve as a key contact for employees and applicants, ensuring clear communication and positive HR experiences. Help coordinate employee milestones, job fairs, and training sessions. What's Needed? Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
