Focus Workforce Management is now interviewing bilingual candidates for Staffing Assistant to join our team in Monroe, Ohio .

Responsibilities Include:
Recruiting/onboarding candidates Managing employee attendance/performance Training/coaching employees Assist with HR duties including payroll and compliance
Requirements Include:
Bilingual - English & Spanish Ability to work Monday - Friday, 2:00pm to 11:00pm Computer skills including EXCEL and email Strong written and verbal communication Previous experience in warehouse/production/manufacturing a plus
