Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring a temporary part-time HR Assistant f or a client in Tiffin, OH. As an HR Assistant , you'll provide support in all areas including recruitment and hr administrative tasks. This role ensures HR processes and procedures are effectively implemented, compliant with company policies, and aligned with federal and state regulations. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment - end-to-end recruitment across all of their locations Coordinate and schedule interviews with the plant and corporate hiring managers Maintain, organize, and update HR files Requirements and Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior HR experience required Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
