FT Job Description:
Prepare and coordinate onboarding documentation and schedules. Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees during the onboarding process. Maintain onboarding materials and monitor process effectiveness for improvements. Accurately complete, audit, and store Form I-9 documentation. Ensure new hires are processed through the E-Verify system in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies related to employment eligibility. Provide guidance on proper I-9 procedures to management. Support internal audits and respond to government inquiries as needed. Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data.

Qualifications and educational requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with onboarding and Form I-9 and E-Verify requirements.
Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (email). Familiarity with onboarding or HRIS systems is a plus. Time management and attention to detail. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
