We are expanding rapidly and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team and grow with us. Position Overview We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CFO who will support finance and human resources functions. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, processes, and organizational systems while gaining exposure to real business operations and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Support the CFO with finance and human resources tasks Assist with purchase order (PO) creation Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Support HR-related functions (onboarding, documentation, coordination) Prepare financial and performance reports using Excel and PowerPoint Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines Assist with administrative and operational projects as neededQualifications Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to think critically and solve problems independently Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team Fluent in English and Chinese (to support communication with China branch) High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityPreferred:
2+ years of relevant work experience Experience with financial reports and business data analysisCompensation & Benefits Pay:
$25/hour + performance-based bonusBenefits:
