Human Resources Assistant Yardmaster, Inc. - 3.4 Erie, PA Job Details Part-time $22 an hour 5 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Position Summary The Human Resources (HR) Assistant provides administrative support to the HR department by assisting with recruitment, employee records, onboarding, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is an entry level and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruiting activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Help coordinate employee training, engagement activities, and recognition programs. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry etc. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual in Spanish and English Previous administrative or HR experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
