Internship - Human Resources Sechan Electronics, Inc. $16.50 United States, Pennsylvania, Lititz 525 Furnace Hills Pike (Show on map) Aug 03, 2026 The Human Resources Intern will work under the supervision of the VP, HR. You will input updates on the department's internal HR enterprise system, assist with recruiting efforts and administrative support of general HR functions.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Assists with online recruiting efforts including; disposition of online applicants, scheduling phone interviews, and administrative recruiting efforts to remain in compliance with the Affirmative Action Plan
  • May be required to assist with event planning projects, develop communication pieces, and research ideas for other projects
  • Assist in recording keeping and implementation of HRIS system
  • Assist in with ERP implementation
  • Performs other duties as assigned to drive to the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the values of this organization

  • Strong computer skills
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality required
  • Knowledge of U.
S. Labor Laws preferred
Qualifications:
  • Currently a junior or senior enrolled in a 4-year college degree program with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Due to being a government contractor, must be a U.
S.
