Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
- Assists with online recruiting efforts including; disposition of online applicants, scheduling phone interviews, and administrative recruiting efforts to remain in compliance with the Affirmative Action Plan
- May be required to assist with event planning projects, develop communication pieces, and research ideas for other projects
- Assist in recording keeping and implementation of HRIS system
- Assist in with ERP implementation
- Performs other duties as assigned to drive to the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the values of this organization

Qualifications:
- Currently a junior or senior enrolled in a 4-year college degree program with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Valid driver's license
- Due to being a government contractor, must be a U.
