The ideal candidate would be willing to learn and grow with our company by fostering relationships with leadership, managers, employees, vendors and government agencies. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-4 years of HR experience preferred with accounting experience. Experience and Skills Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook) Familiar with Quickbooks Knowledge of Basic Accounting Principles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of FMLA and FMCSA and Clearinghouse compliance Knowledge of Captive Insurance programs is a plus Responsibilities Assist with managing employee records, including employee hires, changes, transfers, benefits enrollments, and terminations while ensuring timely completion of workflows. Processing HR documentation related to payroll, benefits, and insurance providers while managing accurate records. Help administer benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, inquiries, and maintaining accurate records for benefits administration. Maintain Human Resources Information System data accuracy through diligent data entry and regular updates. Provide exceptional service to employees and leaders by responding to HR-related questions.
