HR Admin needed immediately for full-time contract position in Bedford, NH offering hybrid flexibility and a foot in the door with a premier employer that is expanding.

Key Duties:

Maintaining and updating HRIS records, including employee data entry, record creation and updates, reporting, and data accuracy audits Processing payroll and supporting payroll reporting in partnership with USA Shared Services team Performing routine audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures, documenting findings and corrective actions as needed Supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, compensation changes, leaves of absence, and terminations Preparing routine and ad hoc reports for Human Resources and Finance and responding to data requests Assisting with temporary agency employee administration, including timekeeping setup and reporting of hours worked Researching and resolving payroll or HR-related issues to minimize future occurrences Providing general HR administrative support and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Experience working in HRIS Systems such as Workday, ADP, Paylocity, etc. and strong MS Excel skills Prior experience in Payroll, Compensation and/or Benefits preferred Availability to interview this week and start working 9/28 or 10/5 the latest

Pay:

$25.41 - $30.60 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
