Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating HR processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to confidentiality, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Responsibilities
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and communicating with applicants.
  • Help manage employee records and ensure compliance with FMLA and other relevant regulations.
  • Process payroll information and assist in payroll administration using systems such as Paylocity or Ceridian.
  • Maintain accurate data in human capital management systems like PeopleSoft or UltiPro.
  • Assist in performance management processes by tracking evaluations and providing necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to implement workforce management strategies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits administration. Skills
  • Proficiency in HR software such as PeopleSoft, Paylocity, Ceridian, or UltiPro is preferred.
  • Knowledge of human capital management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with FMLA regulations and benefits administration processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
