In this pivotal role, you will drive key HR initiatives, support workforce management, and foster a positive employee experience. Your energetic approach will help streamline HR processes, enhance talent acquisition efforts, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Duties Coordinate talent acquisition activities, including job postings, applicant screening, interviewing support, and onboarding processes to attract top talent. Manage employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated seamlessly into the organization. Support performance management initiatives by assisting with employee evaluations, goal setting, and feedback processes. Oversee benefits administration tasks such as enrollment, changes, and inquiries to enhance employee satisfaction. Maintain accurate HR data within HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR systems like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for effective workforce management. Assist with compliance efforts related to employment law, FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning. Facilitate training & development programs to promote continuous learning and professional growth across teams. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a focus on personnel administration and employee relations. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and regulatory standards such as OSHA and FMLA. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel data analysis, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS platforms like UltiPro, Taleo, or Workday. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and with external partners. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Experience with recruiting tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Greenhouse is highly desirable.
