Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. This entry-level position will focus on supporting various HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, recruiting employees, and initiating pre-employment checks such as background checks, MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) checks, and drug testing. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing the onboarding process for new hires. Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate orientation sessions. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and processed promptly. Coordinate new hire training schedules and resources. Support the offboarding process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews and managing paperwork. Ensure all offboarding documentation is accurately completed and maintained. Assist in the return of company property and the transition of responsibilities. Collaborate with the HR team to post job openings on various platforms. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding schedules for new hires. Initiate pre-employment checks, including background checks, MVR checks, and drug testing. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Support HR initiatives and projects assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
