Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Payroll Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee payroll processing, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support various HR functions to foster a positive and efficient workplace environment. Your proactive approach will help streamline payroll operations, manage employee data accurately, and contribute to strategic HR initiatives that enhance workforce management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our human resources operations, ensuring seamless payroll administration and employee relations. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing using HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Ceridian, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and HR legal requirements across all payroll activities. Support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating onboarding processes and employee orientation sessions. Conduct data collection and analysis using Excel and HRIS tools for payroll reporting, audit preparation, and process improvement initiatives. Handle confidential personnel information with integrity while managing employee relations issues professionally. Assist with project management tasks related to HR system implementations or updates such as Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors. Experience Proven experience in human resources management or payroll processing within a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated expertise with HR systems like Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, or similar platforms; proficiency in Excel data analysis is essential. Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance management. Prior involvement in HR sourcing, workforce management, performance management, and succession planning activities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle conflict management and employee relations effectively. Experience supporting HR department functions such as training & development, organization design, and affirmative action planning is preferred. Familiarity with administrative tasks including data entry, contract management, social media management for recruiting purposes, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). Pay:
$26.88 - $32.37 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
