Excellent, organized communication with external sources is required for efficient and successful completion of all files. The role is available on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
- Contact physicians with instructions for completing applications, needed documentation, confirming work history or background information and following up as needed, via email, phone or text
- Communicate with client, medical staff offices, and state boards via email, phone, or video calls on a daily basis
- Prepopulate, verify accuracy and submit applications
- Request or follow up on verifications of licensure, certifications, education, employment and references as needed per hospital and board regulations
- Monitor status to ensure all necessary items are received for privileges/licenses to be issued by deadlines
- Manage and coordinate IT and onboarding trainings with facility/client and provider
- Coordinate and track hardware shipments
- Update platform with clear and consistent notes
- Add privileges and licenses to platform as they are issued
- Communicate with internal delivery teams on status of files
- Escalate files as needed to Credentialing Team Lead
- Delegate items as needed to Credentialing Specialist Work Environment This is an office-based administrative position for a Physician Staffing firm growing triple digits year over year.
