About the Position California Realty Group is a residential property management firm located in Temecula CA. We are seeking a personable, organized, and proactive Property Management Business Development & Onboarding Coordinator. This position requires an active California Real Estate License. This individual will help turn prospective property-management clients into long-term customers and ensure that each new property is successfully prepared for management and leasing. The position combines business development, client service, property onboarding, inspections, and move-in coordination. The ideal candidate communicates professionally, follows through consistently, pays close attention to property condition and documentation, and is comfortable meeting with property owners and visiting rental properties. Primary ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development and Client Onboarding Respond promptly and professionally to new property-management inquiries. Speak with prospective clients to understand their properties and management needs. Explain the company's management services, processes, and value proposition. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain accurate records of lead activity. Schedule and conduct meetings with property owners. Assist clients with completing and signing property-management agreements. Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients throughout the onboarding process. Coordinate the collection of property information, keys, documents, vendor details, and other onboarding materials. Keep clients informed about onboarding progress, outstanding requirements, and next steps. Property Readiness Evaluate new properties before they are listed for rent. Confirm that properties meet company standards and established rental criteria. Document property condition and identify cleaning, maintenance, safety, or compliance items requiring attention. Communicate required corrections to owners and coordinate follow-up as needed. Work with the appropriate team members to ensure each property is ready for marketing and occupancy. Inspections and Move-Ins Coordinate, oversee, and review periodic property inspections. Review inspection reports for completeness and identify items requiring owner, tenant, vendor, or internal follow-up. Maintain clear records of inspection findings and completed actions. Help coordinate new tenant move-ins to ensure a smooth and professional experience. Confirm that properties are ready, required documents have been completed, and keys or access instructions are available. Follow up on move-in concerns and coordinate their resolution with the appropriate team members. Administrative Support Maintain accurate client, property, inspection, and onboarding records. Update the company's property-management and customer relationship systems. Prepare management agreements, onboarding documents, checklists, and client communications. Support the owner and property-management team with related administrative and operational duties. Help improve onboarding procedures, checklists, and client communications as the company grows. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail. Professional and confident when speaking with prospective and current clients. Comfortable conducting property visits and discussing property condition. Ability to prioritize multiple clients, properties, deadlines, and follow-up items. Working knowledge of residential property management, leasing, real estate, or customer service is preferred. Experience with property-management software or customer relationship management systems is a plus. Active real estate license required, license must be able to be under California Realty Group's brokerage. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel locally to properties and client meetings. Ability to use a computer, mobile applications, email, and electronic document-signing platforms. What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will: Respond to new leads quickly and professionally. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients. Ensure a smooth and organized onboarding experience. Ensure new properties meet company standards before being marketed. Keep inspection follow-up from falling through the cracks. Help deliver organized, trouble-free tenant move-ins. Build confidence and trust with property owners from their first interaction with the company. What We Offer Competitive base compensation.
