Recruiting Coordinator

Job Summary Whoo's Caring Senior Assistance is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and team members alike. Your proactive approach will help attract top caregiver talent across multiple branches, support internal staffing initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with caregiver candidates. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the caregiver sourcing and staffing strategy, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective candidate placement with our clients. Collaborate with Care Coordinators to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop targeted sourcing strategies Utilize Wellsky (senior care operations system) to track candidate progress, update records, and generate reports Conduct initial screening interviews via phone to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit Engage in talent sourcing activities including cold calling, social media management, and research to identify potential candidates Must have knowledge of employment law regulations to ensure legal compliance throughout the hiring process Required Skills and Experience 2 years of experience sourcing and recruiting Experience with multiple recruitment tools such as indeed, Facebook, colleges and Referral Programs Strong phone presence, clear communication skills both verbal and written, excellent communication skills for engaging candidates through cold calling, relationship management and social media channels Ability to make consistent high-quality and high-volume calls throughout each day Must be detail oriented, accurate with note taking, documentation and scheduling accuracy using multiple schedules Ability to multitask in a fast-paced multi priority environment Knowledge of caregiver qualifications, licensure and state regulatory requirements is preferred Healthcare or caregiver recruitment experience preferred Experience with Microsoft tools including Teams and Outlook Experience with multi-location or field-based hiring Must be able to work independently Comfortable with using new software systems quickly Join us as a Recruiting Coordinator if you're passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities! Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
