Job Description

Overview:
We are looking for candidates who live within a commutable drivable distance to our Phoenix, AZ or Raleigh, NC office. This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. This position supports daily service efforts of the Human Resources Service Center through consultation on HR policy and programs. Collaborates with associates and managers to administer workplace accommodations, ergonomics, workers' compensation, government regulated processes, retirement, service awards, unemployment and other HR programs and procedures. Investigates complex issues and assists in providing resolution engaging key stakeholders as needed. Aids in the improvement of associate experience and manager capabilities to align with wider department and organizational strategy.
Responsibilities:
Consultation
  • Provides guidance on assigned HR cases such as leaves of absence, HR policies and procedures, and other HR matters. HR Service Delivery Strategy
  • Analyzes trends to identify areas of opportunity and assists in implementing process enhancements. Through consultation and servicing activities, enhances the associate experience and builds manager capabilities to support overall Bank strategy. Service
  • Answers inquiries on escalated cases and provides back-up for daily activities in the HR Service Center ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. Assists in other duties as needed, such as progress monitoring and ensuring data integrity. Program Support
  • Executes HR programs and projects.
Ensures successful completion of all initiatives undertaken. Ensure processes are completed with accuracy and meets compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 1 years of experience in Human Resources OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Human Resources Skill(s): Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures, Knowledge of Human Resources laws and labor laws
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven knowledge and experience of human resources policies and procedures equals 2 years. Excellent customer service communications with ability to lead with service and empathy. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion and sense of urgency. Must be detail oriented, able to multitask and function in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight. Ability to maintain accurate records of associate interactions, inquiries and resolutions in the case management system. Must be able to work independently on assigned duties while successfully collaborating in a team friendly environment.
