Job Description

Essential Responsibilities . Greets customers and other visitors, ascertains the nature of their business, and refers them to the appropriate person; . Manage visitors. . Answers incoming telephone calls, provides information to callers and routes calls to appropriate personnel; . Sorts inter-office and outside mail deliveries including making mail runs to post office. . Provides administrative assistance to Human Resources and to other departments as needed; . Processes invoices for the HR Department . Works with co-workers in a safe, professional, and cooperative manner; . Maintains good attendance, flexibility in job assignments, adaptable to changing business needs. . Follow all safety rules and regulations. Maintain Mack's standard of housekeeping. . Maintain training matrix, files & documentation. Coordinate completion with Supervisors/Managers for filing. . Works with co-workers on fundraiser events and projects. . Maintain Birthday cards, order and process invoices. . Order lunches/any other preparations for meetings. . Maintain coffee and other front office/HR supplies. . Conducts orientation & training on HR04. . Maintains data and updates the boards for the morning production meetings. . Assists with new hire approvals and hiring process. . Other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications/License/Education/Required Experience . High School Diploma, GED, High School Equivalency Certificate, Vocational/Technical Training, Professional Certifications, Military Service, Skills Based Requirements or Relevant Work Experience . Possess excellent communication, verbal and written skills. . Self starter with the ability to deal with many interruptions, multi task & prioritize assignments. . Possess skills to create formulas and merge spreadsheets in Excel. . Ability to create videos & Powerpoint presentations w/voiceover. PDF conversions. . Ability to create fillable forms in Word and Excel, create newsletters and other communications. . Previous HR/training/payroll experience. • Computer skills test may be administered. Unusual Working Conditions/ Work Environment . Moderate to low noise thresholds (office environment) Unusual Physical Requirements .
