We are looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Recruiting Coordinator to join our Amarillo team. Job Summary The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting recruiting operations and administrative functions for the Amarillo office. This individual will take an active role in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers while ensuring all new hires are properly set up and ready to provide quality care to our clients. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. You must be comfortable communicating with applicants, handling difficult conversations professionally, and taking ownership of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Hiring Manage incoming calls and inquiries from caregiver applicants. Conduct applicant screening, interviews, and hiring activities based on company staffing needs. Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process and provide a professional candidate experience. Schedule and complete new employee orientations (NEO). Complete required background checks for new hires and annual employees in accordance with applicable State of Texas guidelines and company policies. Handle difficult conversations with applicants professionally, respectfully, and appropriately. New Hire Onboarding Ensure all new hires complete the required onboarding process and paperwork. Create and distribute caregiver badges. Maintain inventory of caregiver uniforms and distribute new hire shirts as needed. Notify the appropriate office leadership when additional uniform inventory is needed. Set up and accurately maintain new hire profiles in our system. Manage and assign continued caregiver training. Ensure onboarding information is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Administrative & Office Support Provide general recruiting and administrative support to the Amarillo office. Complete corrections and follow-up items related to state, corporate, and internal audits. Submit accurate weekly recruiting metrics for the Amarillo office. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and onboarding processes. Assist with scheduling department duties and other office operations as needed. Help maintain a positive, professional, and compassionate office environment. Formulate solutions and respond efficiently to issues that arise. What We're Looking For Previous recruiting, human resources, administrative, or customer service experience preferred. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to learn and navigate software systems. Strong ethics, professionalism, and sound judgment. Ability to follow applicable State of Texas hiring and background check requirements. Confidence handling difficult conversations and addressing issues professionally.
