Job Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in managing high-volume, technical recruiting processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be adept at handling multiple requisitions simultaneously, and have experience supporting fast-paced recruiting environments. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will facilitate the recruitment of top technical talent to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage high-volume technical recruiting efforts across multiple departments. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and support. Assist in developing and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to identify suitable matches for open positions. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and logistics. Maintain accurate and organized applicant tracking systems, ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating background checks and necessary documentation. Stay informed about industry trends related to technical recruiting and high-volume hiring practices to improve recruitment strategies. Experience Proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably supporting high-volume hiring initiatives. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently. Excellent communication skills for engaging with candidates and internal teams effectively. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting onboarding processes is highly desirable.
