Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including HR sourcing and screening candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Assist with new hire paperwork
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Assist with payroll processing using ADP, Paychex, or other HR management systems
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes in coverage
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR sourcing, recruitment, or related roles
- Familiarity with HR management systems such as Dayforce, Taleo, SAP, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
