Recruiting Coordinator - Technician Hiring ECS Southeast, LLP United States, Texas, Carrollton Sep 03, 2026
What You'll Do Responsibilities Support recruiters with day-to-day recruiting coordination activities.
Manage and maintain all hourly job openings company-wide within assigned divisions.
Post, update, and remove job advertisements across recruiting platforms and internal systems.
Conduct initial resume reviews and candidate prescreening prior to recruiter review.
Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines, talent pools, and recruiting spreadsheets/databases.
Source and organize passive candidate leads for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Process all internal offer letters for assigned divisions.
Provide administrative support for external offer letters.
Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation in coordination with local HR representatives.
Ensure recruiting documentation and candidate files remain organized and compliant.
Support recruiting reporting and tracking metrics as requested.
Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Provide general recruiting and administrative support to help improve recruiting efficiency and organization.
Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Required Qualiifications 0-2 years of related experience
2-3 years of recruiting support, HR support, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
Experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred; iCIMS experience highly preferred.
High school diploma or GED required. BS in Human Resources or equivalent field preferred.
If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Experience supporting recruiting teams in professional services, engineering, environmental consulting, or technical industries.
Experience building talent pipelines and candidate sourcing lists.
Familiarity with recruiting workflows and offer letter processes.
Ability to work effectively in teams, with clients, peers and subordinates, as well as independently.
