Job Description

Position Summary The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for hourly positions within a fast-paced food processing and manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with operations leaders to attract, recruit, and onboard qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in a cold-storage, manufacturing, warehouse, or food processing setting and possess strong bilingual communication skills in both English and Spanish. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, skilled, supervisory, and professional positions. Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, community outreach, staffing agencies, and other recruiting channels. Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews. Coordinate hiring manager interviews and provide candidate recommendations. Facilitate hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting campaigns. Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate records. Assist with pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screenings, employment verification, and onboarding documentation. Build relationships with local schools, workforce agencies, community organizations, and staffing partners. Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, turnover, applicant flow, and hiring sources. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. Support employee retention initiatives and workforce planning efforts. Maintain confidentiality of employee and applicant information. Assist with other HR projects and duties as assigned.
Required:
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a food processing plant, manufacturing facility, warehouse, production environment, or cold-storage operation. able to work with Microsoft Office specifically
Excel Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
