  • Location:

Our Sherman, TX facility specializes in advanced semiconductor and photonics manufacturing, with a focus on Indium Phosphide (InP) technologies.
  • Position Overview:
  • We are seeking skilled and motivated InP Engineers and Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the design, fabrication, and testing of InP-based semiconductor devices. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with III-V semiconductor materials, photonics devices, and cleanroom processes, and a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Operate and maintain equipment for InP wafer processing, device fabrication, and characterization.
+ Perform process development, testing, and optimization for InP-based devices. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to materials, devices, and process flow. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R D, manufacturing, and quality assurance. + Document experiments, results, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). + Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Qualifications -
Engineer Level:
  • + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
+ Hands-on experience with III-V semiconductors, particularly Indium Phosphide. + Familiarity with MOCVD, epitaxy, photolithography, etching, and metallization processes. + Experience with device testing and characterization techniques (e.g., IV, CV, optical measurements). + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Qualifications -
Technician Level:
  • + Associate degree or equivalent experience in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related field. + Experience in semiconductor fabrication, photonics, or cleanroom environments. + Proficiency in operating laboratory and process equipment. + Ability to follow detailed technical procedures and maintain accurate records. + Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Preferred Skills (Engineers & Technicians):
  • + Knowledge of InP-based lasers, modulators, and photonic integrated circuits. + Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and quality standards. + Experience in a high-volume manufacturing or R D environment.
