Harker Heights, TX Job Details Part-time $17 - $23 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Paid time off Employee discount Qualifications Executive administrative support Bachelor's degree Human Resource Management Human Resources Full Job Description Summary This position provides administrative support to the Human Resources Director as needed including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry, as well as the recruitment of qualified candidates. Essential Functions- Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
- Track the required safety trainings for initial and annual renewal trainings for all staff
- Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt, nonexempt and temporary workers; writes and places advertisements; works with supervisors to screen and interview candidates; conducts reference checking; extends job offers; conducts new-employee orientations; conducts exit interviews.
- Maintains department records and reports. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, such as seminars. Maintains organizational charts and employee directory.
- Files documents into appropriate employee files.
- Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
- Prepares new-employee files.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least two years' related experience required.
