Responsibilities Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Kenexa BrassRing and Oracle HCM, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding processes. Support employee orientation programs, ensuring new hires are welcomed and integrated seamlessly into the organization. Contribute to employee evaluation processes by gathering data, maintaining records, and assisting with performance management initiatives. Administer benefits programs and handle benefits-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and other employment laws. Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry, updates, and reporting using tools like UltiPro and Excel data analysis for workforce management insights. Support HR legal compliance efforts by maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, assisting with regulatory compliance management, and ensuring adherence to employment & labor law standards. Coordinate training & development activities, including scheduling sessions, tracking participation, and supporting succession planning initiatives. Facilitate communication within the HR department and across the organization to promote positive employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively. Experience Proven experience in an HR department or administrative role supporting human resources functions. Familiarity with HR systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or Kenexa BrassRing is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and HR legal compliance practices. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data collection, analysis, and reporting purposes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Experience with recruiting tools such as ATS platforms or HR sourcing techniques is preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in personnel administration tasks.
