Job Description

Description Summary:
The Plant Administrator serves as the support and administrative function to the manufacturing plant and office by greeting walk-in guests, answering phones, filing and completing administrative and data entry projects. Assists with payroll, recruitment, selection and onboarding. Cross train and backup in CS Shipping, as needed.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Conducts administrative duties such as answering multi-line phone system, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents Liaison for all visitors, internal and external Setting up the conference room with specific needs for meetings Retrieves information as requested and prepares summaries of data when needed Assist with, payroll, recruitment, time keeping, selection, and onboarding Maintains office and break room supplies by keeping inventory and placing orders when needed Provides clerical support to assist management staff, accounting, and Human Resources Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions Performs other related duties as assigned
Skills & Knowledge:
Self-motivation, dependability, team oriented Intermediate computer skills (MS Office) Ability to learn new skills Basic Mathematical skills Strong interpersonal skills Strong organization and time management
Professionalism Energetic Educational Requirements:
High School diploma or
GED Preferred Experience:
1-2 years office/computer experience
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 25 pounds
