Round Rock ISD is seeking an innovative and strategic leader to serve as Assistant Director, Strategic Staffing & Talent Pipelines. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking HR professional who is passionate about building sustainable talent pipelines, strengthening recruitment strategies, and ensuring our district attracts and retains top-tier educators and staff. The Assistant Director will lead the development and execution of strategic staffing initiatives and talent pipeline programs across the district. This role focuses on building long-term recruitment strategies, strengthening partnerships, and supporting district leaders in meeting staffing needs through innovative and data-driven approaches. In this role, you will: Lead the development and implementation of strategic staffing plans aligned with district goals. Design and manage talent pipeline initiatives, including partnerships with universities, certification programs, andmunity organizations. Support recruitment efforts for high-need areas and hard-to-fill positions. Collaborate with district leaders to forecast staffing needs and align hiring strategies. Analyze staffing and recruitment data to inform decision-making and improve oues. Oversee recruitment events, outreach strategies, and employer branding efforts. Provide guidance and support to HR staff and hiring managers on best practices in staffing and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making Excellentmunication, organizational, and stakeholder collaboration skills Preferred Master's degree Experience in instructional coaching, campus leadership, or teacher development
Salary Range:
SALARY RANGE
$73,149.20-$88,131.40
