Pay:

$21.00

•23.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Job Type:

Full-Time | On-Site We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiting Assistant to support a busy, fast-paced recruiting office. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, comfortable working with a high volume of candidates, and able to manage multiple priorities throughout the day. This is not an entry-level position. Previous relevant experience is required. Job Responsibilities The Recruiting Assistant will work closely with recruiters and assist with the day-to-day recruiting and candidate management process, including: Answering and directing incoming phone calls Speaking with candidates regarding available positions Scheduling candidates for interviews and office appointments Assisting recruiters with interview schedules and candidate follow-up Helping coordinate candidate onboarding and hiring appointments Reviewing basic candidate information and resumes Maintaining accurate candidate records and documentation Making outbound calls and following up with applicants Assisting with high-volume recruiting needs Supporting event staffing recruitment , including contacting employees, confirming availability, filling event rosters, and communicating event details Helping recruiters fill open positions quickly and efficiently Assisting with general administrative and front-office duties as needed Providing professional customer service to candidates, employees, and clients Staying organized while handling multiple open positions, phone calls, appointments, and deadlines Qualifications Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, administrative, or high-volume office experience required Experience scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates strongly preferred Must be comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls Strong computer and data-entry skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment Professional attitude and appearance Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Must be able to work on-site Clean background required Compensation $21.00
