JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a growing organization, is seeking an HR Administrator to lead HR operations and employee support initiatives. This person will be tasked with managing onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining HRIS data integrity and reporting and supporting benefits administration and employee inquiries. The ideal candidate has experience in HR administration or people operations, strong Excel and organizational skills and the ability to improve processes and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
