JOB SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the HR Manager, the Field HR is responsible for supporting the Human Resources function through a variety of administrative, operational, and employee-facing responsibilities. This role provides comprehensive HR support with an emphasis on employee relations, investigations, onboarding, benefits administration, Safety and compliance. The Field HR serves as a key contact for employees and management, ensuring HR processes are carried out accurately, professionally, and in accordance with company policy and employment law.
RESPONSIBILITIES
First and foremost is the safety of our people and maintaining a clean working environment (5S). Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their enquiries Must ensure teams follow written and verbal instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their enquiries Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Coach supervisors and managers on employee performance, attendance, discipline, and workplace policies. Monitor attendance, turnover, employee engagement, and workforce trends. Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and HR process improvement initiatives. Maintain confidentiality of all employee information
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Administration field 3+ year of administrative or office support experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google and ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
