In this pivotal role, you will drive talent acquisition efforts, manage full-cycle recruiting processes, and support HR functions that foster a positive and compliant workplace environment. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various departments. Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Indeed to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Develop and execute innovative social media marketing strategies to attract diverse talent pools through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry-specific networks. Conduct external recruiting efforts such as campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and cold calling to expand candidate outreach. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective job descriptions aligned with employment law in talent management. Maintain compliance with HR legal standards including employment & labor law while ensuring fair hiring practices. Support employee orientation, training & development initiatives, and succession planning programs to foster internal growth opportunities. Manage relationship-building activities with candidates and internal stakeholders to enhance candidate sourcing and engagement efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting or human resources roles with a focus on high-volume recruitment and technical recruiting. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders effectively. Familiarity with talent management software such as Workday, DAC's, Accurate and other HR systems. Knowledge of employment law in talent management including employment & labor law compliance standards. Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes from candidate sourcing to onboarding. Experience in external recruiting channels such as campus recruitment, social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, and employee relations activities. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards training & development initiatives along with relationship management skills that foster collaboration across teams.
