This role serves as the first point of contact for candidates and employees, helping create a positive, organized, and responsive branch environment. The Workforce Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining strong communication with active employees, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring individuals feel prepared, connected, and supported throughout their assignments. This position also contributes to overall branch efficiency by managing front office flow, handling incoming communication, and supporting daily administrative operations. Primary Responsibilities Employee Experience & Workforce Support Serve as a primary point of contact for temporary employees, providing ongoing support throughout assignments Maintain regular communication with active employees to ensure engagement, satisfaction, and issue resolution Help employees feel prepared, informed, and connected to their work assignments Address general employment-related questions and escalate concerns as needed Front Office Operations & Candidate Experience Greet and assist candidates, employees, and visitors in person, over the phone, and via email Answer and manage incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately Maintain an organized and efficient flow of candidates within the office Ensure candidates are prepared and properly directed for next steps in the hiring process Onboarding & Administrative Support Support onboarding processes, including collection and review of new hire documentation Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time Assist with preparing candidates for assignment start Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and document management System Accuracy & Compliance Maintain accurate, real-time updates in internal systems Ensure documentation meets company standards and compliance requirements Support overall data accuracy and audit readiness Branch Support & Collaboration Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment Partner with recruiters and branch team members to support daily operations Communicate effectively regarding employee needs, office activity, and administrative updates Contribute to a positive, team-oriented branch culture Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment. Basic administrative and computer skills. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Professional and friendly demeanor Bilingual Preferred (Spanish & English) Pay $17.00-19.00 per hour Schedule Part Time | Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 2:00
