Position will start in late May or early June, 2027. Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. Open to students who have successfully completed sophomore level classes and above.

The HR Intern provides support to the senior HR team under supervision.
Duties will include:
Assist with recruiting and hiring activities, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Assist with new-hire onboarding, including preparing orientation materials, assembling new-hire packets, and coordinating onboarding activities.

Maintain and update employee records and HR files, ensuring information is accurate and organized.

Assist with employee data entry in the HRIS and other HR systems.

Help coordinate background checks, employment verifications, and other pre-employment requirements.

Assist with benefits administration, including preparing enrollment materials and responding to routine employee questions.

Help maintain and update HR policies, forms, procedures, and training materials.

Assist with employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and company events.

Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents as requested.

Assist with HR compliance and recordkeeping, including organizing required documentation and conducting routine audits.

Assist with offboarding activities, including preparing paperwork and coordinating exit processes.

Respond to routine employee and manager inquiries or direct questions to the appropriate HR team member.

Conduct research on HR topics, employment trends, recruiting practices, and workplace initiatives.

Perform general administrative and clerical duties in support of the HR department.

Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.

Participate in special projects and other HR initiatives as assigned.
