This position will remain open until filled. The first screening of applications will take place at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.
JOB SUMMARY
This position performs a range of professional duties related to a specialized area of human resources management and providing exceptional support and customer service. This position is responsible for the recruitment and selection of qualified applicants to fill vacancies in assigned area. This position is responsible for providing advanced human resources software functions, testing and enhancements of appropriate human resources systems. This position assists administrators in interpreting all laws, policies, and regulations related to human resources management; monitoring the employee evaluation systems; proposing, writing and revising policies and regulations; and employing human resources metrics. Responsible for planning, organizing and assisting with the development and maintenance of Human Resources programs for the School Division to include: recruitment, staffing, pre-employment background checks, classification, compensation, new employee on boarding, employee evaluation, staff training and professional development and other assigned areas.

Salary Range:
$96,268â€"$156,052 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package
