RESOURCES CERTIFICATION AND COMPLIANCE - 250 DAY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS
This position will remain open until filled. The first screening of applications will take place at 8 a.m. on September 11, 2026. An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.
JOB SUMMARY
This position supports the Talent Acquisition and Employment Department's Certification and Compliance team by coordinating and monitoring personnel compliance activities to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local requirements for all newly hired School Division personnel. This position provides guidance to administrators, supervisors, applicants, and employees regarding compliance procedures and requirements and assists with organizational accreditation, risk management and workforce integrity. This position supports communication between the HR Certification and Compliance team and Division leadership to promote effective onboarding and placement practices.
