Job Description

Company Profile At MobileSentrix, we are a leading distributor of parts, tools, and accessories for wireless devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and game consoles. Schedule:
Monday and Thursday:

PM Responsibilities:
Accurately process daily timesheets for 270+ employees, including identifying and resolving timesheet entry errors. Monitor attendance and timekeeping records and assist with resolving attendance-related discrepancies. Manage schedule changes and work closely with employees and management to resolve timesheet, scheduling, and attendance-related questions. Process employee leave requests and maintain accurate leave records; prepare leave reports for management as requested. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference or background checks as needed, and preparing offer letters. Maintain confidential employee personnel files and ensure employee records are complete, accurate, and up to date. Update HR databases and HRIS systems with employee information, status changes, and other relevant records. Coordinate employee orientation programs and prepare necessary materials and documentation for new hires. Assist with employee status changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations, ensuring records and HR systems are updated accordingly. Support the offboarding process, including preparing separation documentation and coordinating required procedures. Assist with managing employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Assist with payroll-related HR inquiries and coordinate with the appropriate teams to resolve discrepancies or employee questions. Support the HR team in administering employee performance evaluations and tracking employee training and development activities. Assist in drafting and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks while supporting compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and programs in a timely and professional manner. Assist with employment verification requests and other HR-related documentation as needed. Assist with HR reporting and data analysis by generating reports on employee metrics, attendance, turnover, and other HR trends. Assist with HR audits and compliance reviews by ensuring employee records and documentation are accurate and properly maintained. Prepare HR communications, announcements, reminders, and other employee-related communications as needed. Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information and HR matters. Stay informed about HR best practices, company policies, and applicable employment laws and regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementing initiatives to improve HR efficiency and employee experience. Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team as needed. Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
High school or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in an administrative role or internship, preferably within an HR department. Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Bilingual is a plus (Preferably Hindi, Nepalese, Dari or Arabic). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Demonstration of ability and motivation to support a diverse team.

$18.00 per hour
