Summary of Job Responsibilities:

As our Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing HR functions within our organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing HRIS systems such as Paychex and iCIMS.
• Managing HR sourcing activities.
• Assisting with payroll processing using Paylocity.
• Coordinating recruitment efforts through platforms like Lever and Salesforce.
• Supporting succession planning initiatives within the organization.

Skills:

• Proficiency in HRIS, iCIMS, Payroll, iSolved, MS Suite, Succession planning.
• Strong understanding of human resources management practices.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR coordination or related roles.
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
