This vital role combines all HR tasks with efficient administrative support to foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong Human Resource knowledge and administrative experience. Responsibilities Complete all HR activities with assistance from contracted HR support company. Includes all HR policy creation/modifications, personnel record keeping, OSHA and Worker's Compensation tracking, benefit/payroll support, safety program documentation, hiring, and ensure compliance with local, state and federal labor laws. Ensure confidentiality and security for financial and personnel files. Maintain safety and policy documentation for Avetta and ISNetworld compliance through online portals. Assist with Accounts Payable activities and other assignments when needed. Other tasks assigned by managers. Requirements Prefer 2-5 years of Human Resource Experience Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations including OSHA standards and workers' compensation procedures. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and external partners. Ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully, professionally and confidentially. MS Excel and Word skills should be very strong Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail Strong administrative experience including data entry, policy management, and general office support. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$23.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:
