VMS Administrator Job Summary:
Boucher Group Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented, Vehicle systems Administrator to join our administrative team. Duties/Responsibilities:
The VMS Administrative Clerk is responsible for maintaining vehicle inventory for multiple Boucher locations. This role needs strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Process new and used trade documents for vehicle sales to ensure accuracy and completeness Process wholesale and dealer trade transactions General Ledger accounting entries for wholesale transactions Maintain accurate reporting of stock units Scan important documents into digitally maintained files.
