Job Description

Our regional Pharmacy Chain (currently with 9 locations and growing) is seeking a motivated, organized, and personable HR Generalist specializing in recruiting and administration. HR Generalist will manage the candidates from initial application through onboarding while partnering with PICs (Pharmacist-in-charge) & PDMs (Pharmacy District manager) to identify the staffing needs and attract qualified candidates. Typical hiring roles will be Pharmacists, Technicians & Cashiers.
Key responsibilities:
Implementing HR strategies tailored to retail drugstores Assisting in recruitment, onboarding and arranging training for Pharmacists, Technicians and Cashiers May attend Job fairs, career events as needed Advice on labor laws Compliance Upkeep Employee records at each location Manage workers' compensation & disability benefits Manage health insurance policies and health benefits Support management team in resolving employee related issues
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of prior experience in HR (Hiring or Administration), preferably in retail or healthcare setting. Recent College graduates also can be considered with high level of passion about their career Knowledge of Wisconsin labor laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively If you are ready to make a positive impact on an upcoming pharmacy chain, we want to hear from you!
Pay:
$42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
