Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This position will support a variety of HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, training coordination, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain HR experience or continue building their career while working a flexible part-time schedule. Key Responsibilities Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Support new hire onboarding and employee offboarding activities Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (physical and electronic) Perform HR data entry and assist with reporting and recordkeeping Assist with employee recognition, engagement events, and wellness initiatives Support HR process improvements, including digitization, documentation, and workflow efficiencies Coordinate training records and assist with HR communications Provide administrative support for HR projects and day-to-day department activities Assist with other HR duties and special projects as assigned The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements of the performance of this job.
