In this role, you'll serve as a principal point of contact for talent and clients, orchestrating smooth onboarding processes, maintaining high compliance standards, and ensuring exceptional communication at every stage. Your keen attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will help our clients find and retain top-tier talent efficiently.
What You'll Do:
Act as the primary liaison for talent and clients, managing onboarding, screening, and orientation processes.

Maintain excellent rapport and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Review timesheets for accuracy, submit hours for weekly pay, and handle all related documentation.

Conduct background checks, drug screens, and quality control calls with talent.

Assist with posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and gathering data for reports.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Participate in job fairs, client meetings, and training sessions.

Support administrative tasks, including managing records, answering inquiries, and coordinating meetings.
Hours & Compensation:
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00
PM Pay Rate:
$20 per hour Short term position
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Experience in customer service, administrative support, or related roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.

Knowledge of employment laws, EEO, ADA, and related regulations.

Ability to build rapport and trust across diverse social and cultural backgrounds.

Creative, energetic, and results-oriented mindset.

Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with background checks, drug screening, or onboarding processes.

Familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems.

Previous experience attending and representing at job fairs and community events.
Preferred Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent plus at least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience.
