Staffing Manager 2826 West Northern Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85051 $60,000 a year - Full-time $60,000 a year - Full-time Staffing Manager We are looking for an experienced and motivated Staffing Manager to join our staffing agency team. In this role, you will oversee recruiting operations and help place candidates in light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics positions for our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding Recruit for warehouse, manufacturing, forklift, shipping/receiving, and general labor positions Post jobs on Indeed and other hiring platforms Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews Coordinate interviews and hiring with clients Maintain candidate records and update ATS systems Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates Handle employee onboarding and orientation Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Support client accounts and maintain strong relationships Assist with scheduling, attendance follow-ups, and staffing needs Requirements Previous experience in staffing or recruiting required Experience hiring for light industrial or warehouse roles preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience using ATS systems and Microsoft Office Comfortable making high-volume calls and sourcing candidates Bilingual Spanish is a plus Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
