Available A growing manufacturer in a highly regulated industry is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR functions. Reporting directly to the President, this individual will manage a small HR team and oversee employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, compliance, performance management, workforce planning, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities Lead the HR function and supervise two HR team members. Advise executive leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational needs. Manage investigations, performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and HR systems. Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws. Support compensation planning, training, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. Develop and improve HR policies, processes, reporting, and workforce metrics. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Seven or more years of progressive HR experience. Three or more years of HR leadership experience. Strong manufacturing HR experience. Experience with employee relations, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and compliance. Ability to work independently and advise senior leadership. Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work on-site five days per week. Preferred Qualifications SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification. Experience in aerospace, defense, engineering, or regulated manufacturing. Candidates must meet applicable U.S. export-control requirements and successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
