In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and organizational development. Your energetic leadership will drive positive change, enhance workforce effectiveness, and ensure our HR practices align with organizational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our company culture while managing complex HR functions with professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent through effective sourcing channels and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors. Lead employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture and policies. Manage employee evaluation processes, including performance reviews, feedback sessions, and goal setting to promote continuous improvement. Oversee benefits administration, including health plans, workers' compensation claims, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance, and other employee benefits programs. Drive workforce management initiatives by designing organization structures, succession planning, and implementing change management strategies that support organizational growth. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as OSHA standards and HR legal requirements across all HR functions. Utilize HRIS systems like UltiPro or Oracle HCM for data collection, payroll processing, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. Facilitate training & development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism by managing conflict resolution processes and promoting a positive work environment. Conduct affirmative action planning and support diversity initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace aligned with organizational values. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or HR department leadership with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. Demonstrated expertise in recruiting strategies, personnel administration, and employment law compliance. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and senior leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel data analysis), HR systems (such as Workday or Oracle HCM), and ATS platforms like Kenexa BrassRing or Lever. Knowledge of workers' compensation procedures, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and employment & labor law requirements. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining compliance with legal standards. Experience in training & development programs that support employee growth and organizational success. A strategic thinker capable of designing organization structures that align with business objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture.
